Mike Hardock is the chief commercial officer for Resonetics, a contract development and manufacturing organization serving the medical device OEM space. Resonetics is a pioneer in advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions that specializes in laser processing, nitinol manufacturing, thin-wall stainless steel, nitinol & precious metal tubing, and photochemical machining. Hardock joined Resonetics in 2024 and currently leads the global Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, and Customer Operations groups. He has over 35 years of experience in the CDMO space, most of which focused on the medical market. He has extensive experience in running large, global sales organizations that manage complex customer relationships, including negotiating and signing major manufacturing service agreements with large medical OEMs. Prior to joining Resonetics, Hardock was vice president of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service at Nordson Medical, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of complex medical devices and components. Prior to Nordson, he was vice president of Global Account Management at Flex Health Solutions, a provider of medical equipment, device, and drug delivery manufacturing and design services. Hardock earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Bentley University in Waltham, Mass., and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
