Homero Escandón has over 29 years’ experience in operations and supply chain roles across multiple industries. He is currently chief operating officer for ANA Global—a manufacturer specializing in precision plastics, injection molding, metal stamping, and assembly solutions for various industries. He is also past president of the Association for Supply Chain Management’s San Diego Chapter. Prior to ANA Global, Escandón held positions at Biotix, Northrop Grumman, LISI Aerospace, and United Technologies Corporation. He spent 11 years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, including two deployments to Iraq in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Escandón holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Business Administration from National University. His certifications include Certified in Transformation for Supply Chain (CTSC), Certified Supply Chain Professional - Fellow (CSCP-F), Certified in Logistics, Transportation & Distribution - Fellow (CLTD-F), Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM), Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP), and Certified DISC Practitioner. Escandón is a Master APICS Instructor and teaches extended learning programs at UC Berkeley. He serves on multiple academic advisory boards at San Diego State University, University of California San Diego, National University, California State University San Marcos, Mira Costa Community College, and Southwestern Community College.
